What is the management structure at your sites?
It depends on the site. We can set up independent management companies for individual sites and act as the managing agent overseeing that company or we can employ site staff and hold maintenance contracts directly. Its up to you – we’ll engage with you to find the structure that works for your investors.
What about providing care services?
We can work with CQC registered partners or create a CQC registered management company.
Do you manage restaurant facilities?
Yes – we can oversee catering at your site.
